Shipping Fees

  • Free Standard Shipping: UK orders only Over £50
  • Orders up to £50 incur a £4.99 shipping charge
  • Free local delivery for RG22 & RG21 orders

Dispatch Times

  • Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment.
  • During busy periods (e.g., Easter, Christmas, Paydays), allow 3–5 working days for dispatch.

Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery takes 1–3 working days from dispatch (not from the order date).
  • If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 7 days, contact info@woogleswares.co.uk for courier assistance.
  • Delivery times are estimated, not guaranteed. .

Tracking & Notifications

  • All parcels are tracked.
  • Ensure your email and mobile number are correct to receive delivery updates.

Safe Place Deliveries

  • If you can’t accept the parcel, you may select a safe place for delivery (must be done online with the courier, not in the order notes).
  • Liability: If left in your chosen location, any damage or theft is your responsibility.

Missed Deliveries

  • Woogle Wares is not responsible for parcels not collected or missed after delivery attempts.

Cancellations & Returns

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
  • You may return items at your own cost.
  • Returns should be tracked — you’re responsible for ensuring they arrive safely.
  • Refunds are issued after inspection confirming items are resellable.

Additional Details

  • Shipping fees include handling, packing, insurance, and postage.
  • Handling fees are fixed; transport fees depend on shipment weight.
  • Combine items in one order to avoid multiple shipping fees.
  • High-value orders may require a signature on delivery.
  • Woogle Wares is not liable for loss, damage, or theft if parcels are left in designated locations or if address errors are made by the customer.
  • If returned due to an incorrect address, the customer must pay return and re-shipping costs.
